Villa is situated in the centre of Rogoznica, a popular tourist village on the Dalmatian coast in Croatia that lies in the Southern part of the Šibenik-Knin County, in a deep bay sheltered from wind, about 30 km from Šibenik. Rogoznica has a 54 km long coastline. Its geographic position is in the centre of Dalmatia, moreover, it is the protruded part of the Croatian mainland which penetrates deeply into the Adriatic Sea. Villa consists of four separate apartments but it is rented as a single unit with garden and swimming pool. It can accommodate up to 15 people.

The first apartment (55 m2) consists of a dining room / sitting room area with a kitchenette (20 m2), a double bedroom (30 m2) in which there is a built-in tub and a separate bathroom with shower. The sofa can be used as a double pull-out bed in the sitting room area.

The second apartment (60 m2) has a dining room / sitting room area with a kitchenette (25 m2) and a double bedroom (30 m2) in which there is also a built-in tub and a separate bathroom (5 m2) with a shower. There is also a double pull-out sofa in the sitting room area.

The third apartment (40 m2) is a studio apartment which comprises a double bedroom, a dining room / sitting room area with a kitchenette and a separate bathroom with shower. There is also a single folding bed .

The fourth apartment (100 m2), which stretches over two floors, has a large sitting room, dressing room, double bedroom, bathroom and a kitchen on the first level. The upper floor is a gallery with twin beds and a private bathroom.

To make your stay in this villa as pleasant as possible, it has been equipped with all the equipment you might need and the interior and grounds have been tastefully designed.
