The customer pays the difference of the total amount for services provided only on his arrival in his destination in Croatia.
- Money-guarantee to clients: Each client who books accommodation where it is necessary to pay the full amount prior to arrival in destination is fully insured for the amount paid.
The travel agency ADRIAHOME, s.r.o. (Ltd.) has a contract with „Union“ (Slovak insurance company, see UNION). In the unlikely case of insolvency of ADRIAHOME, UNION AS, member of the Achmea Group guarantees the customer a full refund of the money paid (excluding any possible services already provided) and the reimbursement of the costs for the return journey home.
